A formal notice to all Northern Clivia Club members, members from other clubs all over the country, as well as to overseas members and any other interested parties.

We can now formally inform you that the NCC International Clivia Conference will take place on the 8 & 9 September 2026.

The Conference Topic:

SHAPING THE FUTURE OF CLIVIA

A short summary of the dates running up to and after the conference in September 2026.

• 4th: Benching and Prep for the Pretoria Show
• 5th: 1st Day of the Pretoria Clivia Show
• 6th: 2nd Day of Pretoria Clivia Show
• 7th: Garden Visits in and around Gauteng.
• 8th: Day 1 of the NCC International Clivia Conference
• 9th: Day 2 of the NCC International Clivia Conference
• 10th: Garden visits in and around JHB.
• 11th: Benching and Prep for the JHB Clivia Show
• 12th: JHB Clivia Show
• 13th: JHB Clivia Show
• 14th: Possible Tour Options to other regions of South Africa.

Members in PTA and JHB that will be available for garden visits can please send me a direct message for your details to be captured.

Speaker invites will be sent out in due course asap.

Overseas members that would like to attend; a list of places of accommodation in and around the venue will be sent out soon.

We want to put up an Auction list like never seen before. Formal notice to all members to start recording offset details and to use the upcoming season to identify possible plants that can be photographed, selected, and put aside for the International Auction to be held with the conference. As we would like to print a formal Auction catalogue, we will need photos and full descriptions no later than June 2026. Final dates to be announced.

Costs for attendance will be announced as soon as a venue has been selected and confirmed.
